Pat Thomas
Owner, Licensed Agent
Pat is a Graduate of Mayville State University and has lived in Bismarck, ND since 1989. Pat has been licensed in the insurance industry since 1993 and originally joined Kramer Agency in 2005. Pat has a background in commercial insurance, personal insurance, bonds, life and group insurance products.
Pat enjoys relaxing by the pool with his family and golfing any chance he gets. Pat and his wife Candace have four children.

Justin Thomas
Licensed Agent
Justin grew up in Devils Lake, North Dakota, where he graduated from high school before continuing his education and basketball career at Lake Region State College. He later earned a business degree from North Dakota State University. Justin has been in the insurance industry since 2010 and brings over a decade of experience helping individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most.

Justin’s approach is centered on building long-term relationships through personalized service and straightforward, honest guidance. He works closely with clients to help them understand their options and make informed decisions across home, auto, life, and business insurance.
Outside of work, Justin and his wife, Kelly, are proud parents of two daughters. He values time with his family above all else. When he is not working or with them, you will often find him on the basketball court or the golf course enjoying a friendly competition.

McKayla Blewett
Licensed Agent
McKayla was born and raised in Bismarck graduating high school from Bismarck High. After high school, she went to Bismarck State College where she obtained a degree in Applied Science. McKayla started working at Kramer Agency in 2018 and became licensed shortly after. McKayla takes pride in servicing her clients and the Kramer Agency and enjoys helping them protect what matters most.

McKayla and her husband Grady have a daughter, Emerson and together they enjoy staying busy supporting their local football teams (Go Bison and Go Braves!), staying active in softball, kickball, or golf and spending time with Family both in Bismarck and Bozeman.

Michael Thomas
Licensed Agent
Michael Thomas is a native of Hazen, North Dakota and is a graduate of Bismarck State College. Before beginning his insurance career, he specialized in automobile sales in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Prior to joining the Kramer Agency in 2008, he was with State Farm Insurance. His community involvement also includes The Chamber Ambassador Team, graduated from Bismarck-Mandan Leadership Program 2013, Young Professionals member, and past President of the BSC Alumni Association.
Michael, his wife Brooke, and their son Jax enjoy outdoor activities such as pheasant hunting with their dog Vaya, fishing, sporting clays, golfing, and curling in the winter months.

Angela Zander

Accountant
Angela grew up in Mandan, ND, graduating from Mandan High in 2005. Go Braves! Angela went on to college at Bismarck State College/Rasmussen focusing on Business Management/Accounting. She started with the Kramer Agency in 2014 and became licensed shortly thereafter.
She currently resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband Brendon and their 4 little girls: Meredith, Caroline, Evelyn, and Natalie. In their spare time they enjoy camping, outdoor adventures, spending time with family and friends and traveling.

McKenzie Thomas

McKenzie was born and raised right here in Bismarck. McKenzie has been with the Kramer Agency since the fall of 2019. The thing she enjoys most about Bismarck is the people. McKenzie enjoys that no matter where you go in Bismarck, there’s always a friendly and familiar face!
In her free time, McKenzie enjoys spending her summers on the Missouri River or at the lake, traveling, and spending time with her Fiancé Trace, daughter Liliana, and their lab, Presley.

Sunny Berg
Licensed Personal Lines Account Manager
Sunny grew up in Wyoming and is a graduate from Interstate Business College, where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science - Administrative Legal Assistant. Sunny has been licensed in insurance for over 20 years and has been with the Kramer Agency since 2017. Her community involvement includes volunteering for numerous organizations across Bismarck/Mandan such as Mandan Progress Organization, animal rescues, and the Dakota Zoo.
Sunny and her husband Mark have one child, Mo, and 3 loving cats. In her free time, Sunny enjoys gardening, traveling in the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Tori Reiswig
Personal Lines Account Manager
Tori was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, but was raised in Bismarck, North Dakota as most of her family lives here. Tori graduated for Century High School and went on to attend Colorado Christian University. She started missing home and quickly learned that her heart belongs in North Dakota and moved back! She then graduated from Mayville State University with her bachelor’s degree in Universal Studies. Tori started working at Kramer Agency in 2024 and is very excited to grow within the company!
Tori enjoys anything that involves being around friends and family! Her and her two dogs, Ellie and Sophie, love being outdoors, going on spontaneous adventures, and relaxing with a good show to watch!
