Pat is a Graduate of Mayville State University and has lived in Bismarck, ND since 1989. Pat has been licensed in the insurance industry since 1993 and originally joined Kramer Agency in 2005. Pat has a background in commercial insurance, personal insurance, bonds, life and group insurance products. Pat currently serves on the Board of the PIA of ND.
Pat enjoys relaxing by the pool with his family and golfing any chance he gets. Pat and his wife Candace have four children.

Michael Thomas is a native of Hazen, North Dakota and is a graduate of Bismarck State College. Before beginning his insurance career, he specialized in automobile sales in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Prior to joining the Kramer Agency in 2008, he was with State Farm Insurance. His community involvement also includes be active with The Chamber Ambassador Team, graduated from Bismarck-Mandan Leadership Program 2013, Young Professionals member, and past President of the BSC Alumni Association.
Michael and his wife, Brooke, enjoy outdoor activities such as pheasant hunting with their dog Vaya, fishing, sporting clays, golfing, and curling in the winter months.

Justin grew in Devils Lake, North Dakota where he graduated high school. He then went to college at Lake Region State College as well as North Dakota State University. Justin started his insurance career with Kramer Agency in 2010. Justin’s community involvement includes the Young Professionals Network.
Justin and his wife Kelly (UND grad) had their daughter, Daisy, on the 4th of July, 2022. Daisy enjoys playing with her cousins, getting spoiled by her grandparents, and cheering on the Bison (and UND sometimes).

Angela grew up in Mandan, ND, graduating from Mandan High in 2005. Go Braves! Angela went on to college at Bismarck State College/Rasmussen focusing on Business Management/Accounting. She started with the Kramer Agency in 2014 and became licensed shortly thereafter.
She currently resides in Bismarck, ND with her husband Brendon and their 4 little girls: Meredith, Caroline, Evelyn, and Natalie. In their spare time they enjoy camping, outdoor adventures, spending time with family and friends and traveling.

Brandi grew up in Grand Forks, North Dakota but currently resides in Detroit Lakes, so naturally she is a hockey fan. Brandi is a remote worker with Kramer Agency and has been in the insurance industry for 16 years.
Brandi is married with two kids that play hockey, which keeps her family busy. When Brandi is not watching hockey, she enjoys water sports and spends as much time on the lake as possible.

Jenna was born in Fargo, ND before moving to Barnesville, MN where she was raised. Jenna then lived in Harvey, ND before making the move to the Bismarck area in 2022. As a new hire, Jenna joined the Kramer Agency in 2023 with 5 years of prior Farm and Personal lines experience. What Jenna loves the most about Bismarck is the city feel, opportunities for adventure, and the friendly people. There is always something to do!
In her free time, Jenna loves hunting, fishing, playing softball and hiking with her boyfriend Seth and their 3 dogs.

Jo was born and raised in Sheyenne, North Dakota. She has been working in the insurance industry with Kramer Agency since 2016. Jo’s favorite thing about Bismarck/Mandan is that even though it is a big area, you can get around the town quickly. Her community involvement includes being an active member of the Mandan Rodeo Committee.
Some of Jo’s favorite things include spending time with family, friends and her cats and dogs.

McKayla was born and raised in Bismarck graduating high school from Bismarck High. After high school, she went to Bismarck State College where she obtained a degree in Applied Science. McKayla started working at Kramer Agency in 2018 and became licensed shortly after. Her favorite thing about Bismarck is the community and the people in it.
McKayla, her husband Grady, and their dachshund Winnie currently live in Bismarck, ND. In their free time they enjoy spending it filled with family and friends, especially when it takes them back to Montana, NDSU tailgates (Go Bison!), participating in recreational sports, and game nights at home!

McKenzie was born and raised right here in Bismarck. McKenzie has been with the Kramer Agency since the fall of 2019. The thing she enjoys most about Bismarck is the people. McKenzie enjoys that no matter where you go in Bismarck, there’s always a friendly and familiar face!
In her free time, McKenzie enjoys spending her summers on the Missouri River with friends, traveling to new places, and spending time with her dog Presley.

Sunny grew up in Wyoming and is a graduate from Interstate Business College, where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science - Administrative Legal Assistant. Sunny has been licensed in insurance for over 20 years and has been with the Kramer Agency since 2017. Her community involvement includes volunteering for numerous organizations across Bismarck/Mandan such as Mandan Progress Organization, animal rescues, and the Dakota Zoo.
Sunny and her husband Mark have one child, Mo, and 3 loving cats. In her free time, Sunny enjoys gardening, traveling in the great outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
