Ross Gailfus started his insurance career with Warner and Company in 1988.  He then worked as an underwriter for CNA Insurance Company in Minneapolis before being named manager of Schiller Insurance in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. 

Ross specializes in business insurance and works in the areas of retail, contractors, manufacturing, municipalities and non-profits. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, indicating broad technical knowledge, high ethical standards and demonstrated industry experience.

Ross is a past director of the Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce and is a member of Holy Rosary Church.
